At ITL Germany, we're committed to fostering a dynamic and innovative work environment where talented professionals can thrive. As a Technology Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our software development efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Apply technical expertise across the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code deliverables.
  • Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT retail or tech support roles, with a preference for Microsoft technologies expertise.
  • Strong technical writing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting VoIP call quality issues and strong networking experience with underlying technologies such as Routing & Switching Protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, QoS, SIP.
  • Experience working with Windows Server, Active Directory, and on-premises Session Border Controllers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.
  • Previous experience deploying, administering, and/or supporting Enterprise Unified Communications solutions.

Desirable Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate

Preferred skills:

  • VoIP troubleshooting and network technology expertise
  • Extensive experience with Windows-based operating systems and applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing IT support capabilities
