Job Details

In this challenging role, you will be part of the front desk team at a dynamic hotel and conference center offering a mix of amenities and attractions suitable for leisure and business events.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and approachable reception experience for our guests.
  • Check guests in and out, handle customer queries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage room assignments, room maintenance, and coordinate smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Be an ambassador for the hotel, communicating effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel information and services to provide accurate and helpful information to guests.
Requirements

  • You hold a qualification in hotel management or a related field and have the ability to communicate fluently in German.
  • You have knowledge of hotel operations, customer service principles, and attention to detail.
  • You are comfortable working with MS Office products and hospitality software.
  • You have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • You are proactive, highly organized, and able to work well in a team environment.
