Über die Rolle

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Engineering, der unsere Entwicklung zu technisch- wirtschaftlich optimierten Gesamtlösungen führt. Als Mitglied unseres Teams werden Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Realisierung unserer Vision spielen.

Aufgaben
  • Entwickeln und planen Sie Produktionsprozesse zur Herstellung unserer ultra-dünnen Membrane
  • Integrieren Sie Membranmodule kompatibel in größere Systeme, um optimale Leistung und hohe Verfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten
  • Entwickeln Sie ein starkes Partnernetzwerk im Bereich Anlagentechnik und in den verschiedenen Anwender-Branchen
  • Arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Management zusammen, um Scale-up-Strategien unserer Technologie und unseren Anlagen-Scope zu definieren
  • Beaufsichtigen und leiten Sie die Produktionsabläufe bei Lohnfertigern und Zulieferern
  • Unterstützen Sie unseren Vertrieb technisch bei der Positionierung von Meloon zur Durchdringung des Zielmarktes für die Entfernung von CO2 aus Verbrennungsanlagen
  • Fördern Sie das interne Bewusstsein für die Sichtweise des Kunden und des Marktes und setzen Sie sich für kundenorientierte Prozesse in Planung und Realisierung ein
Qualifikation
  • Abschluss als IngenieurIn mit Berufserfahrung, möglichst in Führungs- oder Projektleitungsfunktionen im Bereich Engineering/Produktentwicklung oder Abwicklung für komplexe Prozessanlagen
  • Mit einem Master-Abschluss in Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder einer verwandten Disziplin und einem guten kaufmännischen Verständnis
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis der verfahrenstechnischen Grundlagen sowie Erfahrung mit Prozesssimulationsprogrammen (z. B. Aspen HYSYS)
  • Eingehende Kenntnisse der Membrantechnologie, insbesondere Graphenmembranen, von Massenproduktionstechniken und der Qualitätssicherung
  • Kreativität, Zuverlässigkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft und ein strukturierter Arbeitsstil
  • Zielstrebigkeit, Analytik, strategische Stärke und ein guter Verhandlungspartner mit unternehmerischer Denkweise
  • Fließendes Englisch und Deutsch
  • Beherrschung von CAD-Software (z. B. AutoCAD, SolidWorks) für Entwurf und Zeichnung sowie Python oder ähnliche Programmierkenntnisse
  • Positive Ausstrahlung und teamorientiertes Arbeiten
