Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic People & Places team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking over administrative HR tasks, including personnel administration and payroll accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employees in all personnel matters
  • Draw up employment contracts and additional agreements
  • Prepare and follow up on monthly payroll accounting
  • Cooperate closely with the People & Places team and participate in various HR projects
  • Act as a contact person for employees on employment law, contract design, remuneration, and other HR issues
  • Interface for reporting and certification to tax offices and social security institutions
  • Manage our HR tool (Personio)

Requirements:

  • University degree with a focus on HR or comparable training
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in personnel administration and/or payroll accounting
  • Good knowledge of labor, payroll tax, and social security law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in German and English (min. C1)
