About the Role

As a Digital Technology Rollout Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of strategic technology initiatives across E.ON's global operations. You will be responsible for leading and delivering complex rollout projects from conception to deployment, ensuring seamless integration and adoption within diverse business units.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive rollout strategies, encompassing governance frameworks, deployment methodologies, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all levels to gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide expert guidance on rollout-related aspects, including data harmonization, migration processes, testing protocols, cutover planning, and training initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels and decision-making processes, ensuring transparency and alignment among central teams and local units.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of E.ON's Rollout Service offering by sharing best practices, supporting knowledge management efforts, and identifying new opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Possess a strong academic background in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience as a rollout lead or manager within large-scale IT projects (exceeding €1 million) with proven functional leadership capabilities.
  • Exhibit exceptional consulting skills encompassing problem-solving, effective communication, customer orientation, and meticulous organizational planning.
  • Possess in-depth technical knowledge and functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Atlassian Stack (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Exhibit fluency in both German and English.
  • Ideally, possess knowledge of the energy sector and grid business operations.
