About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized student assistant to join our Office Management team at ISCC System GmbH.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure all general Office Management processes run efficiently and smoothly.
  • Assist with ordering consumables and groceries.
  • Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
  • Prepare conference rooms for external visitors.
  • Fill in and prepare supporting documentation for various projects.
  • Support project or research work related to Office Management and HR.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student with an availability of about 10 hours per week for at least one year.
  • Available for full on-site work in the Cologne office.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (at least B2) and English (at least C1).
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • A high degree of initiative and excellent research competency.
  • A service-oriented, proactive, and supportive attitude.
  • Excellent time management and self-organization.
  • An approachable and reliable team player.
