Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team, responsible for providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, selling our bread, baked goods, and pastries, and operating the cash register and managing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Sales and Merchandising
  • Sell our bread, baked goods, and pastries to customers, promoting our products and services
  • Merchandise products to boost sales and maintain a visually appealing store display
• Operations
  • Operate the cash register and manage transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and display various products, including baked goods and snacks
• Quality Control
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards

Requirements

• Experience
  • Experience in a food-related field (bakery, confectionery, butchery) or hospitality is an asset
• Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash
• Education
  • Minimum age of 18
