We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Specialist (d/w/m) to join our dynamic team. Our Service department is dedicated to delivering outstanding support to our clients, helping them create a healthier world. We aim to provide top-tier customer service by collaborating closely with our field service engineers to ensure smooth and effective assistance for all our esteemed clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure accurate invoicing for completed service tasks in the DACH region, adhering to company protocols and ensuring timely processing.
  • Oversee the management of spare part returns with our manufacturing facilities and assist in the administration of service contracts.
  • Support the team in addressing incoming and ongoing service inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You possess several years of experience in customer service, with familiarity in SFDC and SAP being advantageous.
  • A service-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving are second nature to you.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
