We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region.

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading international pharmaceutical company and take on a key leadership role in driving business growth and expansion.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to strengthen our market position and achieve strategic sales targets in the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation on sales initiatives
  • Providing regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About You

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business or life sciences
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in German and/or Italian/French
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately €90,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses based on individual and company performance.
