**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets and drive market expansion.
- Lead business negotiations with customers, ensuring successful contract signings and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collect and analyze market information on competitors, providing regular feedback to senior management.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee team management, member development, and performance improvement.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as mechanical, electrical, management, or marketing.
- At least 8 years of sales experience in the new energy market, with a minimum of 3 years in the energy storage industry.
- Strong knowledge of import and export trade procedures, with the ability to develop and execute effective overseas market strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
