**Job Summary**

Gotion Germany Battery GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales efforts in the European market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets and drive market expansion.
  • Lead business negotiations with customers, ensuring successful contract signings and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collect and analyze market information on competitors, providing regular feedback to senior management.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee team management, member development, and performance improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as mechanical, electrical, management, or marketing.
  • At least 8 years of sales experience in the new energy market, with a minimum of 3 years in the energy storage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of import and export trade procedures, with the ability to develop and execute effective overseas market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
