Sales Strategy & Goals

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and goals, as well as developing overall sales strategies and results for West & Mid-West Germany. All sales will be made through channel partners, requiring the ability to leverage and partner with Channel Partner Account Executives on lead generation, account planning, and new account development or expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships and leverage channels, including account planning and lead generation with channel partners, building relationships and developing opportunities with channel partners by effectively communicating and demonstrating F5 solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations affecting target markets.
  • Understand organization's business needs, develop application of products and services, and effectively communicate F5's technical value-added solutions to meet those needs.
  • Prepare formal proposals and present to all levels of the organization, including executive level.
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, overcome obstacles to closure, and close sales in a professional and effective manner.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a number of years of direct work experience in a relevant environment, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and specialized knowledge in Security, Cloud, and Networking Solutions, preferably those of F5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, first-class solution-selling and presentation abilities, excellent client interfacing and customer-focused approach, and the ability to provide and work from a home office located within the territory are also essential.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
