Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our biomass heat and power plant operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical and economic operation of the plant in accordance with our operating guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operation of the biomass heat and power plant, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability
  • Monitor and control plant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Manage personnel and external contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace safety, health protection, environmental protection, and energy efficiency
  • Plan, prepare, execute, and monitor revisions and maintenance measures to ensure optimal plant performance
  • Prepare reports and documentation for performance monitoring and compliance
Requirements
  • Technician with relevant experience and a comparable qualification, such as a power plant master or degree in power engineering, energy engineering, or process engineering
  • Several years of experience in leading teams and operating facilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and good English language skills
  • Strong decision-making skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
