Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview:

You will work closely with the Regional Head of Support Professional Talent Management on all stages of the employee lifecycle, including the development, execution and support of all talent management initiatives for the SP population (functions such as Executive Assistants, Finance, Knowledge Services, Marketing, etc.). This role will work with SP managers, SPTM team, HC Managers, and other HC teams to support the SP populations with:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and hiring top talent to support business growth and objectives
  • Developing and implementing employee retention strategies to minimize turnover and maximize engagement
  • Providing performance management and coaching to support employee development and growth
  • Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace culture that values and respects all employees
  • Collaborating with HR and business leaders to develop and implement training and development programs
  • Managing employee relations and compensation activities to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent management, employee development, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the company's goals and objectives
