Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Native Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications using NodeJS and React.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of cutting-edge features for our cloud application, ensuring high-quality code and security.
  • Apply secure development best practices and methodologies throughout the development and deployment processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud-native technologies and tools, and apply this knowledge to improve our applications.
  • Collaborate with our team of engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, with experience in TypeScript a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in NodeJS and/or React development, with a focus on building dynamic and responsive applications.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with cloud-native infrastructure technologies, such as Kubernetes, containerization, service mesh, and Helm.
  • Basic knowledge of GitOps and Infrastructure as Code methodologies, including tools like Argo CD.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with German a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.

About the Team

You will be joining our Built-in Support Engineering team, a dynamic and diverse group of engineers located in St. Leon-Rot and Shanghai. We are dedicated to cloud-native technology and strive to deliver a world-class in-product support experience.
