About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Sedulus. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Goods Receipt and Inspection: Verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming shipments, checking for any damage or discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately document and update inventory levels in our ERP system, ensuring that all stock is properly accounted for.
  • Warehouse Operations: Organize and coordinate the movement of goods within the warehouse, ensuring that all items are stored in their designated locations.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks to identify any discrepancies or issues, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our purchasing, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and other relevant software; excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: A strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
