Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator (m/w/d) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our IT systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance to our IT systems
- Monitor and maintain the service level and availability of our IT systems
- Implement operational information security measures
- Betray the port security
- Monitor the administration of the network by the service provider
- Monitor the anti-virus components
- Manage and administer email communication
- Manage licenses in coordination with the group leader
- Manage access rights to IT resources
- Administer sparkassen-individual servers at Finanz Informatik
- Betray the print output management
- Be the contact person for technicians and interface with service providers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector, preferably as a specialist for system integration
- Independent, meticulous, and careful working style
- Quick understanding combined with strong communication skills, helpfulness, and teamwork
- Analytical and solution-oriented working style with a structured approach
- Enjoyment of a task as an IT generalist
- Handicraft skills
