Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Transformation Strategist to join our team at 3100 Kyndryl Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our Cloud Professional Services organization, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and delivery of cloud transformation initiatives for our clients.

About the Role
  • Salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per annum (based on experience)
  • Location: Germany (with regular travel to client sites)

As a Senior IT Consulting Leader, you will lead complex consulting engagements, guiding multi-disciplinary teams through the design, build, and modernization of mission-critical technology systems. You will play a pivotal role in fostering talent development, innovation, and profitability within the organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
  2. Ensure sustained growth and profitability by managing margin expectations and backlog growth
  3. Support the identification, pursuit, and conversion of business development opportunities
  4. Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements while ensuring profitability and understanding and containing risk
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Cloud professional services experience with 4+ years of proven track record in leadership roles
  • Proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with delivery, business development, and sales success and growth
  • Experience building relationships with senior C-level and IT executives, creating referenceable customers
  • Able to lead with a consultative approach to identify and create demand across all Kyndryl capabilities
