Sales and Customer Portfolio Management Working Student

Job Description

We are an international, agile team responsible for strategic sales. As our working student, you will be involved in various work packages, including the development and maintenance of internal departmental web platforms and social media pages.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining our CRM tool and "eXtra" loyalty program. Additionally, you will be responsible for the organization of meetings, appointments, and events, and the documentation of these activities.

In our team, you can work creatively, proactively, and independently on your own topics and contribute your own ideas. You will experience international collaboration across departments and teams.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: technical IT skills and understanding; process knowledge; experience in sales, IT, or CRM would be an advantage
  • Personality and Working Practice: a structured, independent, analytical, customer-oriented, communicative, reliable, and flexible international team player
  • Language: very good in English, German is a plus
