Job Title: Automation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Project Manager to lead our automation projects in Heilbronn, Germany.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the construction of automation projects, focusing on technical and economic aspects.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of employees and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, project managers, team leaders, and external assembly companies.
  • Communication: Regularly participate in construction and project meetings during the implementation phase.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, ensuring contractual and legal obligations are met.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate construction, materials, personnel, and assist employees with on-site commissioning.
Your Profile:
  • Educational Background: Completed technical training as an Electrician or equivalent qualification with further training as a certified Technician / Master in Electrical Engineering / Automation Technology, Trainer certification is advantageous.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in the assembly of electrical systems in an industrial environment.
  • Skills: Good IT skills.
  • Personality: High level of cost and responsibility awareness, reliability, team spirit, as well as the ability to work independently and goal-oriented.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and good command of English.
