The Job

We're looking for a leader to manage our own service station in our restaurant SIEBZEHN84. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Leads a team of service staff
  • Prepares mise en place for the service station
  • Understands the needs of our guests and offers personalized services
  • Takes and relays orders
  • Manages the station's finances
  • Takes reservations
  • Trains and guides commis de rang in the service workflow
  • Provides breakfast service

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • A completed training as a restaurant professional (desired)
  • A strong team player with a sense of responsibility
  • A high level of professionalism, idealism, and flexibility
  • Good German and English language skills
