We are seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at ABB, a global leader in electrification solutions. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business results through strategic HR initiatives and employee engagement.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. You will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to understand their priorities and developing effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes. Your expertise in HR processes and procedures will enable you to provide guidance and support to employees and managers alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR initiatives
Requirements:
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 3 years experience in HR Business Partnering or similar role
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
