Responsibilities
  • Manage sub-projects as part of the product launch process within the Business Division Risk Prevention
  • Support with marketing concepts and develop effective strategies to drive business growth
  • Conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies and internal graphics teams to create engaging marketing materials
  • Process inquiries from international subsidiaries and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Update internal Hartmann Systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with daily tasks and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Qualifications
  • Ideal candidate is enrolled in a study program that focuses on marketing, international business, business administration, communication, international management, or brand management
  • High level of analytical and strategical thinking to drive business growth and improvement
  • High degree of independence, structure, resilience, and sense of responsibility to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent communication and team skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and proficiency in InDesign and WordPress is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and German is an advantage
