Type of Employment: Permanent

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the professional and managerial development of operational team leaders and their respective teams, comprising approximately 25 employees per shift.
  • Conduct personnel discussions with management regarding employment matters, attendance, performance evaluations, quality assurance, and workplace conduct.
  • Monitor adherence to established service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform regular inspections of the warehouse, focusing on continuous improvement, order accuracy, cleanliness, and lean management practices.
  • Evaluate and discuss operational processes and productivity metrics across various areas.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of equipment and resources.
  • Assist management in planning personnel deployment effectively.
Your Profile:
  • Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or possess a comparable qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams and employees.
  • Strong communication skills across various organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • Exhibit a structured and independent work approach.
  • Possess a confident and engaging demeanor with assertiveness.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including early and late hours.
