Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team of software engineers in building and maintaining our online payment solutions. As a key member of our Online Payments Tribe, you will be responsible for guiding the team's technical direction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the team, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and reliability.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 2-4 engineers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to help them grow and develop in their careers.
- Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Communication: Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with several years in a technical lead or management role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Golang, experience with the JVM stack, and knowledge of AWS infrastructure.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
