Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Manpower GmbH & Co. KG. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of production equipment, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.

• Set up and operate production equipment, including machinery and tools
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Identify and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct quality and visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Document results and prepare statistics for analysis
• Adhere to safety protocols, health regulations, and environmental standards

• Completed training as a Machine Operator or equivalent technical background
• Desirable: prior experience in machine operation and maintenance
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (morning shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:15 PM, evening shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:15 PM to 11:00 PM, Friday to 10:00 PM)

• A fixed, calculable remuneration according to the BAP/DGB collective agreement, between €15.00 and €16.00 per hour
• In addition to the above, payments such as Christmas and holiday bonuses, shift and branch supplements
