We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior HVAC Technician (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time capacity for our locations in Weißenburg and Leverkusen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute HVAC projects independently, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate the HVAC team and ensure a smooth workflow on-site.
- Install and commission heating, ventilation, and sanitation systems.
- Ensure the implementation of quality standards and safety regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, architects, and project managers during the installation phase.
- Document completed work and prepare installation reports.
- Collaborate closely with other trades and external partners.
- Support project managers in implementing project plans.
- Conduct collision checks and control of own trade and other trades.
- Coordinate and document at interfaces with other trades and with other planning participants.
- Prepare material and quantity takeoffs.
- Create overview schemes - independently or according to specifications.
Requirements:
- Completed training in heating, ventilation, and sanitation or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in the installation of heating, ventilation, and sanitation systems.
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Independent and structured work style.
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional business travel.
- Good German language skills in writing and speaking.
