About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student Founders' Associate to join our team at WETHEBRANDS. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our C-Level executives and driving strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include preparing executive and investor meetings, shaping our corporate strategy, and running priority projects that span finance, technology, and daily operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-driven, solution-oriented, and highly organized. You should have excellent communication skills in both German and English, as well as the ability to master the art of attention to detail and quick problem-solving.

You will also need to be proficient in building presentations, Excel, and Word, and have experience with tools like Slack and ClickUp. A hands-on mentality, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
