IT Systems Architect

At Exyte Central Europe GmbH, we're seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Solution Architect IT Systems & Processes. As a key member of our organization, you'll drive operational excellence and strategic alignment by designing and improving processes across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities- Analyze and design scalable, efficient, and sustainable business processes in line with organizational objectives and goals
- Define solution architecture and integrate technologies to streamline processes in collaboration with IT teams
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance, best practices, and continuous process improvement
- Engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and develop organizational change management strategies to support process adoption
- Continuously monitor process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and foster innovation
- Develop concise, data-driven business cases for process improvement initiatives
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with organizational objectives

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience as a Solution Architect, IT Systems Architect, or a similar role
- Proven experience in process analysis, design, and improvement
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification (required), Knowledge of USM, ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies preferred
- Strong experience with ITSM/ESM and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira ITSM)
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in English
