Your Area of Work

As a member of the Supervisory Reporting team, you will play a key role in supporting the production and provision of financial and regulatory information and reports to supervisory authorities. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation of Excel templates for internal and external reports, supporting administrative tasks for the Regulatory Reporting team, and contributing to the maintenance of internal procedures.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of Excel templates for internal and external reports
  • Assist with administrative tasks for the Regulatory Reporting team, including correspondence, access rights, report verification, and document review
  • Contribute to the maintenance of internal procedures
  • Help prepare management presentations
  • Support with ad-hoc regulatory requests
Your Profile
  • You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme focusing on Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Computer Science
  • You are enthusiastic about administrative activities and have an understanding of numbers, with an interest in IT-related topics
  • You are a team player who can also work independently and take on responsibility
  • You are confident in handling MS-Excel and MS-Word, with knowledge of Access, VBA, and/or SQL an advantage
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English, with German an advantage
