Facility Maintenance Technician

KHB Personalmanagement GmbH is seeking a skilled and dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of various technical systems within client facilities. Your expertise in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Sanitation, or Electrical/Control Technology will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance of technical systems across diverse areas such as HVAC, sanitation, and electrical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with external contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of specialized tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants or clients on-site, addressing their concerns and providing prompt solutions.
  • Meticulously document all service activities and maintenance records for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, perform troubleshooting, and implement necessary repairs to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • A completed vocational training in Heating, Ventilation, Sanitation, or Electrical Engineering is essential.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS-Office applications.
  • Exceptional reliability, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach are crucial for success in this role.
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
  • Possession of a driver's license class B is preferred but not mandatory.
