As a key member of the CS GROUP team, you will be responsible for ensuring the coherence and consistency of our product configuration throughout its entire life cycle. This involves creating and implementing knowledge management (KM) and software knowledge management (SW-KM) rules and processes to ensure seamless product development, production, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Configuration Management: Develop and implement KM and SW-KM plans to ensure product configuration consistency and accuracy.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to handle national and international projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of product information and compatibility.
- Product Information Management: Consolidate and maintain coherent product information, including requirements, development, and production throughout the product life cycle.
- Change Management: Implement release boards and change control boards to ensure internal and external control of changes to product information.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide coherent product information via baselines and KM reports, and conduct configuration management audits to ensure design compliance and product characteristics meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Metrics Analysis: Analyze metrics and provide results and critical trends to inform business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, aerospace, or industrial engineering.
- Experience: Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in configuration management (KM) and SW-KM.
- Technical Skills: SAP knowledge, with experience in SAP PLM/Windchill PLM an advantage.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German an advantage.
