Your responsibilities
- Reporting and analysis of HR KPIs (absenteeism, headcount, bonus, salary authorizations)
- Management of HR processes and improvements
- Participation in HR tools deployments and policies implementation
- Leading business transformation projects linked to legal restructuring or carve-in/out regarding tools and HR processes impacts
- Support to HR4HR team in HR process and policy deployment, HR partnering with the business
Your qualifications
- A degree in business administration
- HR operational experience with good knowledge of HR processes and business acumen
- Strong information management systems skills and knowledge of data analytics
- Knowledge of SAP and MS applications
- Team-oriented mindset
- Creativity and appetite for problem-solving
- Ability to communicate and influence towards diverse audiences (including senior management) and strong networking skills
