About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Transformation Specialist to join our team at Oetker Digital GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of our company by developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve business performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement data-driven marketing, sales, and brand strategies to enhance business performance and foster a data-centric culture.
  • Lead Data Projects: Manage data and analytics projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to implementation, continuous usage, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with business, marketing, data engineering, and data intelligence teams to implement and develop new data and analytics solutions.
  • Consult Stakeholders: Consult with stakeholders to understand their business processes, goals, and needs, and translate these into requirements for cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • Exceptional Consulting Skills: Proven track record of leading impactful consulting projects and delivering business value through data and analytics solutions.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Ability to understand business processes and drive business value, demonstrated by delivering business value through data and analytics solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in explaining complex data and analytics solutions to business stakeholders and fostering a data-driven culture.
  • Product Mindset: A product mindset, always aiming to build persistent data and analytics products instead of ad-hoc solutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
