About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Requirements Engineer to join our team at Indra Avitech GmbH, a leading developer of IT systems for the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and Analyze Data: Identify and document service/system requirements for aviation projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements and processes, ensuring they are traceable, testable, and verifiable.
  • Develop Data-Driven Solutions: Implement data-driven solutions to support decision-making, improve business performance, and achieve strategic goals.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and prioritize tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Industry Trends and Emerging Technologies: Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend new tools and methodologies to improve requirements management processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed studies in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analyst role, with focus on the aviation industry and requirements management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in service requirements and system requirements management.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management: Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello).
  • Requirements Management: Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g. IBM DOORS, JIRA) and databases (e.g. SQL, NoSQL).
