Project Coordinator in Engineering and Consulting

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH in Duisburg. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects in the building management sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, to track project progress and success.
  • Lead project meetings and ensure that project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance project delivery.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or architecture, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to work effectively with project stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • You are proficient in project management tools and software, including MS Project and Asana.
