Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Contract Manager to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM Industrie GmbH. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business unit, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the contractual service delivery for assigned regions in Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure contractual service delivery for assigned regions, including travel to customer locations.
  • Identify and implement optimization potentials in operational processes using best practice methods.
  • Develop customer-specific maintenance strategies considering predefined KPIs.
  • Manage comprehensive budgets and create regular forecasts for customer locations to achieve business plans.
  • Conduct variance and cost analyses, deriving action measures as needed.
  • Strategically manage external suppliers and service providers to achieve best pricing and service level performance.
  • Manage safety and compliance programs to ensure adherence to QHSE standards and local regulations.
  • Sustainably manage relationships with customers at all levels to improve business relationships.
  • Lead and mentor subordinate employees, ensuring their further development.
Requirements
  • Completed technical studies with a focus on facility management or comparable training.
  • Relevant professional experience in a comparable function and industry.
  • Many years of technical and disciplinary management experience.
  • Excellent understanding of business contexts.
  • Strong organizational skills with an interdisciplinary understanding of tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in applying and enforcing QHSE processes.
  • Structured and motivated personality, able to work under pressure.
  • Strong service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
