Your Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize the IT infrastructure, particularly the msg.Commission application (Provisions Calculation/Territory System)
  • Collaborate closely with technical IT teams and act as a liaison between external service providers, IT, and system operations
  • Provide application management and second-level support for the managed application
  • Coordinate and execute rollout activities, as well as functional and release tests
  • Evaluate and integrate new applications
Your Profile
  • Hold a successful degree in computer science or a related IT profession, or equivalent qualifications
  • Have knowledge of application management and second-level support
  • Have good knowledge of container technology installation and operation, which is an advantage
  • Have basic scripting knowledge
  • Have good conceptual skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Be able to quickly grasp new concepts, think structuredly, and work in a team
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills
