We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM Industrie GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of all contractually agreed facility management services to our clients. This includes managing planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring work is completed in accordance with KPIs such as response and completion time.

- Responsible for compliance with national and local codes and regulations.
- Responsible for identification and capital improvement projects.
- Identify and manage cost reductions in line with client agreed contractual commitments.
- Manage vendor service level performance.
- Serve as point-person for all escalations for day-to-day office operations responsibilities.
- Responsible for supervising IFM staff.
- Responsible for safety functions including emergency preparedness and disaster recovery.
- Responsible for developing/monitoring client IFM budgets.
- Identify, analyze, and manage service bottlenecks and operational risks.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Several years of relevant professional experience and experience in leading a team.
- Extensive knowledge and application experience of occupational safety measures.
- Understanding of complex business relationships and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working.
- High resilience and flexibility.
- Distinct customer and service orientation.
- Confident use of MS Office.
- Fluent German and English.
