**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Specialist for Marketing & Communications to join our team at ZEISS. As a Specialist in GenAI for Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an 'Enablement Framework' that comprises defining standards, implementing tools, offering support, and providing inspiration for the application of GenAI tools by our global Marketing & Communications and Digital Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and Establish Standards: Collaborate with experts and teams across the ZEISS group to define and establish standards (legal, brand, process, etc.) for using GenAI tools in Marketing & Communications.
- Implement GenAI Tools: Identify and implement GenAI tools in collaboration with internal and external specialists.
- Integrate GenAI Tools: Collaborate with global Marketing, Communications, and Digital Marketing teams to integrate GenAI tools into their workflows optimally.
- Network and Stay Up-to-Date: Network with leading experts and suppliers in the field, staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in GenAI for Marketing & Communications.
- Provide Training and Thought Leadership: Provide ongoing training to ZEISS teams and aspire to become a thought leader in your field, inspiring teams at ZEISS and beyond.
Requirements:
- Experience and Understanding: Experience and understanding of the application of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in Marketing & Communications and basics of AI in general.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of Digital Marketing and the role GenAI plays in crafting effective marketing strategies, campaigns, assets, and experiences.
- Network and Communication Skills: Existing network of contacts in the field of GenAI for Marketing & Communications or an eagerness to build one. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proactive approach, comfort in taking responsibility, and managing multiple concurrent projects. Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking with high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Design, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred. Certifications or continuous education in GenAI, Digital Marketing, or related fields are an advantage.
