We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at YiDa Business Consulting & Translation Services. As a German subsidiary of a leading public company from China in the field of new energy, we are committed to excellence and innovation.

Key Qualifications and Knowledge:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, including preparing necessary documents, scheduling training sessions, and conducting introductory sessions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations matters and mediate conflicts, providing guidance and support to resolve issues effectively.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits programs like health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HR information system.
  • Assist in performance management activities, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and development plans.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and suggesting improvements for HR processes.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on HR metrics, KPIs, and trends for management review.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR files and documents.
