About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT People Developer to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our Technology Department, you will be responsible for leading and developing our IT teams, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration, and driving business growth through technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop multiple IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow top technical talent, ensuring our teams have the skills and expertise needed to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our teams.
  • Work closely with our HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring we attract and hire the best technical talent.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and Scrum Masters, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and developing IT teams, with a strong track record of success in talent development and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT systems, processes, and technologies, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in German and excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
