Job Description

As an Automation and Service Engineer at Voith Group, you will play a key role in shaping the future of paper production. Your primary responsibility will be to develop control concepts for various projects in accordance with contracts, specifications, and general regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing control concepts for projects in accordance with contracts, specifications, and general regulations
  • Independent execution of basic and detailed engineering (function planning, device specification, creation of circuit diagrams, etc.)
  • Programming of application software, including visualization and diagnosis, based on software templates and/or function descriptions/function plans
  • Providing documentation for procurement, production, assembly, and commissioning

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in programming machine control in Siemens systems (S7, PCS7, or TIA-Portal)
  • Excellent English and good German language skills in writing and speaking
