The Role: Backend Engineering Student

We're looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Working Student in Backend Engineering to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in building and delivering a market-leading annotation product to our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop features within a microservice architecture alongside an experienced team.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while actively participating in code reviews.
  • Contribute to building and improving existing services that enhance the management of our annotation projects, making them more efficient.
  • Participate in DevOps efforts to streamline the software development lifecycle, ensuring faster and more reliable builds, testing, and releases.

What We're Looking For:

  • Active student status with a strong desire to learn and an open mind.
  • Foundational software engineering skills with a willingness to continuously develop them further.
  • Experience with one or more of the technologies listed in our tech stack (TypeScript, MongoDB, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
