About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to join our Retail Logistics department at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing our warehouse processes to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient handling of daily B2B/B2C orders, including goods receipt, storage, order processing, and shipping.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) for warehouse operations.
  • Act as the primary interface with customers regarding delivery coordination, claims, documentation, evaluations, and other customer-related tasks.
  • Lead the implementation of initiatives for continuous improvement of the delivery experience.
  • Participate in the maintenance of master data and the further development/automation of delivery notes.
  • Take responsibility for warehouse/delivery-related invoices and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges to ensure seamless and uninterrupted warehouse management.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in FMCG or e-commerce companies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent English and German language skills.
  • Residence in Berlin or the surrounding area, or willingness to relocate.
  • Good experience working with third-party providers.
  • Additional experience with Dynamics Business Central, Netstock, or Pixi as a WMS is a plus.
  • Solution-oriented approach with a practical and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
