About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Kubernetes Engineer to join our team at Next in Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient Kubernetes clusters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Kubernetes clusters using modern tools and frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Manage and orchestrate on-premise Kubernetes clusters, preferably with K3s and K9s.
  • Implement Apache Kafka, FluxCD (Kustomize), and Ansible for data processing and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with database systems such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters using Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Kubernetes features and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and orchestrating on-premise Kubernetes clusters.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and automation.
  • Experience with database systems, monitoring tools, and container registry systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
