About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital Sales Manager to join our team in Stuttgart. As a Capital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our capital equipment to aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas in the Southwest Germany region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for assigned territory and manage the end-to-end sales process, including frequent follow-ups to close sales.
  • Work with the Business Development Manager and Regional Training Specialist to ensure successful device installation and training, as well as consumable product support.
  • Identify potential customer needs and help them understand how to position our Hydrafacial treatment in their practices and businesses.
  • Develop strategic selling techniques and use marketing tools and resources to enhance client engagement and the overall Hydrafacial capital experience.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.
  • Travel extensively throughout the region to meet with customers and prospects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or new business hunting.
  • Experience selling in the aesthetic industry, preferably with relationships in the Southwest Germany region.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German is a must, with English a plus.
