Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategic development and growth of our Northwest region.

Key areas of focus include:

• Leadership and strategic development of the region
• Monitoring and adapting to future market developments
• Managing the growth of the region's operational business
• Leading branch managers and developing their skills
• Professional management of major clients in national and international projects
• Collaboration with all branches and business divisions
• Guiding the integration of new employees and developing their skills
• Qualitative and quantitative personnel development in the region

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Completed studies in engineering, economics or a similar field
• Several years of leadership experience, particularly in leading and developing managers
• Ability to inspire and motivate employees
• Proven experience in establishing efficient structures and processes
• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented approach
• Communication skills and persuasive strength
• Fluent in German and English
• High willingness to travel
