Job Description

As a Customer Satisfaction Specialist at Exide Technologies GmbH, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer requirements are met and exceeded. This involves implementing preventive and corrective actions, leading cross-functional teams, and preparing for customer audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Expectations: Lead cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations, needs, and requirements.
  • Audit Preparation: Prepare for customer audits, including reviewing and analyzing audit results and customer requests/claims.
  • Internal Audits: Participate in and conduct internal audits, including system, process, and product audits.
  • Project Participation: Participate in new projects, product, and process homologations and re-qualifications.
  • Awareness and Training: Perform awareness and training actions according to customer requirements.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor and update KPIs related to the customer, including PPM, warranties, non-conformities, and claims status.
  • Problem Solving: Participate in working groups for problem solving, lessons learned, sharing, and continuous improvement methodology.
  • Special Characteristics: Ensure that all special characteristics are correctly reported in DFMEA and PFMEA, control plan, and related documents.
