About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Disponent / Kundenbetreuer (w/m/d) to join our team at Arsipa GmbH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, coordinating external meetings and appointments, and ensuring efficient administration and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and reactive support to meet their needs
  • Coordinate and schedule external meetings and appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of services
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
