Transport Coordinator

Join our team at Emons Spedition GmbH & Co. KG in Großbeeren and take on a challenging role as Freight Operations Assistant (m/w/d). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing freight operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage freight operations, including transportation planning and execution
• Monitor and control freight documentation, including customs clearance and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams, including dispatch and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and support
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

• Completed education in logistics, transportation, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight operations or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
